No order is too small. We have no order minimum.

Need it in a Hurry?

Subject to in-house stock availability, most orders are shipped the same day they are placed. We can also ship UPS Next day and 2-day.

Terms & Conditions

All prices are FOB our warehouse in New York. Prices are subject to change without advance notice. Our sales staff will review the prices when an inquiry or order has been placed. Please provide PO numbers if needed at the time the order is placed. Prices do not include applicable sales tax. We make no warranty of merchantibility or fitness for a particular use of products in our product lines.
Payment Terms- for all current, approved open accounts, net(15) with a major credit card on file. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is a $20 fee for all returned checks.

Upon receipt of your order, if your shipment appears damaged, please have the carrier note that on the bill of lading and contact our office with 24 hours. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for your trucker to inspect. For overages, shortages, or wrong item, please contact our office within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns must be authorized by D.J.A. Imports, Ltd. Freight must be pre-paid and a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned or refused orders. Packaging for all returns is the sole responsibility of the client. Merchandise will be credited when it is inspected by a representative of D.J.A. and has been found not to have been altered or damaged. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. Customized orders are not returnable.

Back Orders- We will automatically ship any back orders when the merchandise becomes available. Any unwanted back orders should be canceled immediately.
